serial number

Hi There,

I have just bought the software but don't know what actually happen.
I have download the exe. file from the meal I received it runs without any serial number .And I don't want to go ahead because I need to install it on my work station at work and I don't know how it works?
the Status of your Order No. 2305 has been changed.

New Status is: ??????????

What is that supposed to means?

I will install it tomorrow morning and will send you the request code.
And I hope to have the serial number as soon as possible because I need to set some render over the weekend.

Hi it seems that I want be able to install it today. Non of the IT responds and I need authorisation to do so .I have read that I have 2 days after downloading the exe .Is that start from downloading or starting the exe.
I can do it on Monday

Is that ok?

I’m rendering whit the light version and the v-ray messenger stop showing up and I can’t see are the servers respond (distributed rendering )

Haw can I get it back ?
