Hi I just bought and downloaded a copy of SolidRocks and have set it up in Max 2010 but its requesting a serial number and when i request it from solidrocks by email I get no response.
Please help

Hi, I just purchased and installed solidrocks, requested the serial number but haven't received it yet. When am I going to get it by e-mail?
