Activación de descargas

Hola, no he recibido ningún correo, en la sección que me dices me sale un archivo de descarga de configuración del S.R. 0,97,pero lo que igual lo descargo y al darle click no lo ejecuta, yo quiero descargar el SR. 0,97 para poder instalarlo otra vez a mi PC. Porfavor dime como puedo hacer..
