you're absolutely right, but let me remember you the product page BEFORE buying on SR website : "The activation process may take up to 48h".

2.5 hours delivery sounds usual for me. Not perfect, for sure, but not unusual.

I can't imagine your waiting when you buyed Vray...

No offense, no problem. except perhaps telling me i'm making you (or your boss) loosing money. This activation delay was mentionned clearly on SR product page.

Of course i'm thinkink (and have made several tests) to a clever, smarter activation system (online, for example). But it's hard to make it work. As freelancer, it'll cost me several days of work. Hard to afford at this time. Long time ago i've decided to maintain things simple and keep a low price. That's a way. I could also send SR $250 and pay a pro coder for managing better Serial/request solution.

I really hope that i can satisfy you with this in next future : i will not be forced to check my emails every 2 hours (night and day) and all users will activate in minutes.
