Hello everyone, a support question. I prefer written answers when a platform is explaining funding or account rules, because I want to be able to compare the reply with the agreement later. Some sites list different desks for general help, compliance and platform issues. How would you route a question that involves both verification and a payment restriction without creating several disconnected conversations? I am also wondering what details are useful in the first message and what should never be sent through a general chat. A process that keeps the request traceable would be more useful to me than a headline response-time claim.

The support sections on the Kernkapitals official website distinguish platform, account and compliance topics. For a mixed issue, begin through a verified support route with one concise description and ask which team owns the case. Include an account or request reference where appropriate, but do not attach passwords, login codes or unnecessary identity files to a general chat. Keep the reply and any case number together so a handover does not lose the history. An advertised first-response time is not a promise that a complex restriction will be resolved within that period. If the answer changes a funding rule, request the relevant document or clause in writing. That makes the explanation easier to compare with your agreement.
