Product Activation

I received numerous e-mails with different directions to follow and have done everything they said. I didn't receive an e-mail to download the bonus settings and I cannot login on the Activation Portal. This is quite the process! Can you help at all? The lite version seems to be working OK but I'm pretty familiar with Vray settings so the speed/quality isn't much of a change. However, I'm about to render out an animation with many different camera angles (which it seems like this software could save a lot of time with) so I'm mainly hoping to get a preset I can trust with animation as soon as possible.
