Acct shows nothing logged into activation portal...

My acct shows no codes or anything else when logged into activation portal. It only shows "logout" option. I also see no order, nor my customer status mentioned anymore on the Account info page. I suspect these are connected. I ordered SR-C4D a long time ago, and until now never bothered using either of the last two (0.3 / 0.4) betas.

I can provide order info for original C4D SolidRocks order as needed, original activation ID and serial response, along with purchase date, original email, etc.

Please fix this as I'm currently trying to activate SolidRocks C4D on R18 and cannot get it activated properly.
