Serial

Hello,
My serial is not active, I updated the software and I had to reinstall Solidrocks.
My product activation website appear the serial SR19-FYYB-UY-6743-1685-3211

But the new serial appear on Max is
SR20-FYYB-UY-6743-1685-3211

Allreaddy sent two emails where it said "incase of activation problem, send an email..."
with no answer.

Please we need as soon as possible, very urgent.
