I have tried several times by executing the program as an administrator.

Hmmm Is SR asking an activation ? if yes then you've correctly installed the full version.
Can you please telle me here the request code prompted by SolidRocks ? I'll double check the serial.

Your serial is : 0367-3781-2074
if it don't work, please put the attached file into your max root/solidrocks folder (you need to unzip it)
example : C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2018\solidrocks

Nothing to do, the serial code I have (0367-3781-2074) since I bought the product, can not activate the new software. I tried to insert the license file in the right directory, but nothing good! I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the product from the beginning to try to make it work. I do not know what to try anymore!
