Can't get my account activated 403 error

Hi,
I created this "test" account to post here and let you know that I can't get my original account activated. When using the link sent to me, I get a " 403 error Verification code not found. Check if your account is already activated and try to log in.". Due to that I can't login to my original account.

I sent you an email but got no reply yet. I am worried my original account might get deleted if I don't activate it and I may lose my purchase. Is there a way to get my account activated? Send me a new activation  code? username of my original account is "fhade".
