My activation code don´t work

You sent me 2 serial (laptop and pc) laptop work fine and pc don´t work. The problem is that i´m work in a big project and the laptop crash. I need work in my pc (vray demo 1.5 sp2 / q6600 /8gbram /vista x64) but the code is not working, this work in only demo mode.

Please, I have a big presentation in 2 days...
