auto-save?

Thought I would try the auto-save function, but it does not seem to work for me. I clicked on the "..." button, named a file and chose a format, rendered, and nothing was saved. Tried it a few times. Is there something else that needs to be done?

Hey,

No errors it just says "pourtant je passe ", but I tested it further and it seems to be working fine with full view renders, but not working at all when doing a crop or region render.

I'm using Max 2008 and xp64
