hello, installation and operation problems

I did the installation as I said the tutorial .. and then added my toolbar and also the solidrocks as I said the tutorial .. but the problem is that the solidrocks Vray not recognize me, I say "version vray???" and also when I move I get a some value adds there and I could not work well with solidrocks in 3ds max 2010 in Vray SP3.



I've tried it with the 3ds max 9 and Vray RC3 and I work some things but not quite sometimes I get error about ads ...
