Installation Problem - Subburb not showing up in the Commands List

Hi there,
Just bought SolidRocks. I'm very impatient when it comes to creating and hate tweaking around with settings, and SolidRocks seems like just the tool I need
However, immediately run into problems - when I follow the tutorial on installation, Subburb is not showing up in my Commands List.
I'm pretty sure that I've specified the correct root folder to Max...
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2010
...and, after the installation tells me that SolidRocks has been installed successfully, there is a folder in there called "solidrocks" with another folder inside called "presets_09x".
I've tried restarting computer and also did what another user mentioned in a similar post to this one: running installation as an administrator and even changing the file compatibility, with no luck. Not sure what else to say really...
I'm running Windows 7, Max 2010 and have Vray Adv 1.5.SP4a.
One thing I've noticed and I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it, is that SolidRocks starts to install, the progress bar fills up halfway and then it sort of jumps to the end, almost like it's skipping part of the installation, but still telling me that it was successful. Not sure if that's even relevent hehe, but trying to include as much info as poss in the hope that you can help
Thanks

Hi, and welcome on board !
If you hate tweaking you've made the good choice !
Hmm That's weird.
Normally you just have to restart your max after install.
looks like you've made the correct install, if you've a solidrocks folder into your maxroot.
Please check that you've SolidRocksB09x.mse and SolidRocksB09x.mcr into your maxroot/ui/macroscripts folder.
If yes, and nothing happens, perhaps check that you've not installed on your max64 and launched your max32. It haapens often
Please tell me informed, i'm sure we'll find the problemm very soon.

Yes, they there which is a relief. But I still can't see the Subburb name when creating a toolbar, it's really strange.
Linked to a screen-shot, so that you can see where I am (sorry, couldn't seem to get the attachment thing to work!)
If I am making a glaring, embarrassing oversight then hopefully you'll notice immediately. You'll also see that I'm running Max 64, although launching Max32 instead and then wondering what's wrong would be typical of me too !
Really hope we can get this up and running, can't wait to use it. Thanks for replying so quickly
EDIT: Whoops, looks like the attachment thing WAS working, but oh well

Hi, no problem.
It will not appear in "all commands" category..
you need to switch to the "Subburb tools" category

Aw man, I'm such a dummy! Yup, got it all sorted now...perhaps if I'd watched the instructional video a little more closely Well, all's well that ends well. Looking forward to using the tool proper now. Hopefully will not run into any real errors hehe. Thanks again
