problem starting SR

Hello,
well , my problem is when I start solid rocks ask me for serial number , you gave me this:
6624262 but does not work anymore. I buy SR a few weeks ago , but now I want to put myself to study the program and it does not let me.

when I push the buttom that I created a few weeks ago in maxscript a message shows :
-- MAXSCRIPT CALLBACK SCRIPT EXCEPTION--
unknown property: "system_region_lockside" in undefined

please i need some help !!

this is the request that shows when I try to open my SR.
then I copy/paste the code you gave me and the program just close.

I have a copy of the program stored in my pc when I bught it, should I re-install solid rocks???

I cant open the "about"button obviously it wont let my , so what can I do?

ok. now you have SR .99.4 , but what can I do ?? it is downloable from your page ?
I need to run my solidrocks , please help .

again I answer to you ........should I re-install from the copy of the program that I have?
I know , it is a child question but since I dont know the program I dont want to make bad choices.
