new user - two big issues was created by dababs
hi guys,
great plugin but have 2 big issues i cant get mead around.
1. SR seems to have washed out all my textures in UI. After a few test renders I restarted max and found the colour has been washed out of all materials in my material library. I opne the same file on another computer and everything is normal. I have even uninstalled max and vray and sr from this machine but no change. any ideas?
2. does SR put a default light in the scene? I keep getting a default light in the middle of each render that is not a vray light. I cant control it or find where it is. I have even deleted all vray lights from my scene but it still shows up when i render with SR.

Hello Dababs, i'll try to answer as best i can :
1 :it's gamma correction of colidrocks. It' located into the output panel.
What max version do you have ? usually works fine with 2010-2013. SR tries to help you to have a "real" LWF,in viewports, in mat editor, and in render.
2 : Nope.. SR don't create any lights... be i've seen somtimes some vray lights in dome having troubles, giving light even if they're off. The way is to delete/recreate dome, to be sure.

thanks suburb. I did check gamma in vray but didnt think to check in SR. solved!
i will recreate all lights as vray lights were pre existing in the scene prior to installing SR. I have tried deleting some but was still get wierd results. Will delete all lights and start again, hopefully it solves it..
