Problems getting SR to work

We have just purchased 3 licenses with SR and have tried to install it on 2 computers. Installation seems to be fine.

When running SR, we get a few windows appearing, as expected, but we have the dialogue 'SolidRocks is starting...' continuously displayed, and when I click on render, I get the following:-

MAXscript Rollout Handler Exception
-- Incompatible types: 20.0, and undefined

What does all this mean? We are extremely busy and have little time to resolve problems. We hoped it would just work straight away.

Any tips much appreciated.

It seems that since receiving my activation code email, I have a new area to download the latest version which is more up-to-date than the version I actually bought yesterday! I think this version is working.
