Activation Removed?

I just added more ram to my computer and used ccleaner to clean my registry, now SR is asking me to re-register with a new activation request code? I have sent an email to Jerome about this issue.

One question I have is if I uninstall SR and reinstall does it generate a new request code each time?

I don't want to risk attempting this if I have already sent the email to Jerome with the new request code and issue details.

After updating the my laptob bios, SR is now asking for activation, i used the one sent to me before but still it wont work, please help
