Production setting still not clean

Production setting still not clean was created by Crayox
Hey,
I still think something is off. This is production setting for this simple scene, not a default one, acutally, I always increase hsph from about 23 (SR setting) to at least 40. And even then the scene is not clean. Also, look at the glossy reflections, they are too noisy for a production setting.
What I'm trying to ask is - do other people get better results? I mean it IS a production setting.
thx

It happens exactly the same with all the scenes that I do in the office. All renders out quite noise production. I tried to change the settings but equally go well degraded.
As to in v-ray 2 and v-ray in 3
For the final image I have to turn off solidrocks.

I mean it's a great plug in, I love how it optimizes everything and sets up my scene automatically so I don't have to every time, but it really needs tweaking on its main feature - quality/render time ratio.
