Another MOAWiz & FlyWiz suggestion

Let's hope I'll get more luck with this post, since answers don't seem to come quickly on these forums ... sorry, but yes, one would better not be in a hurry when posting in there (and I'm not talking about posting wishes obviously, but still).

Well, talking about SR's wizards suggestions, I find something very boring: why are time intervals always in frames, even if one uses SMPTE as time units ? would it be possible to match the time units currently used in 3dsmax, to fit each user taste, please ?
