activation, reinstalling license, previous one was lost when motherboard fried

Hi!, i also sent an email requesting help on this issue.
One of the 2 computers where i had SR installed died (motherboard was permanently damaged)last week. I bought a new computer and currently i'm installing all software on it, which includes SR.

I will understand if you need some kind of evidence to prove this is not a 3rd installation, just tell me please what could help.
