some how I have to reactivate again? I did not uninstall or anything. CLicked the plugin today and its asking for a serial again?

REquest is based on ram amount, hypertreading also. perhaps it can be an explanation.
I'll woork on a more stable way for next build.

that makes alot of sense. I upgraded to an i7 with 16g of ram.. Thanks for the speedy response!!
