SR requires Serial

Hi to all,

although I wrote 3 times per E-Mail asking for help, I unfortunately did not get any answer.

Here is my request (or lets say the issue) again:

SolidRocks is not working anymore. A window pops up which ask for a valid Serial Number. The SN (8604-0071-3004) you provided to me is not working anymore.

The Request Code is SR124-4347-7398-3657

This behavior resists, since we've installed a licensed version (latest) of auto grass vray plugin.

I sincerely request your help asap, as we are working for a school project which has an immediate delivery date.
