hey guys
we are a team of about 10 people and are currently upgrading to Max 2016, through 2-3 years of using solid rocks we have used almost 20 license for a small team, while we are taking the time to upgrade, we also want to clean our licences up as we have new staff, basically i want to wipe the slate clean and start our licences clean so that we can monitor their users , is that possible for you to do on your end?
also , i have another question..
i see i have an update available (195) but when i click update in the product actviation portal is asks for a request key, (how do i get this request key because the plug in just tells me to visit the site and offers no key)
thank you for answering my two questions, i have supplied a few screen shots to make it easier

job B - unable to upgrade without request key

1 - Wilfried, SR coder will answer you directly soon. I think he can do that.
2 - You need to install SR 1.9.5 first. When launched, it'll prompt a request code.
