Tried that premium Jeep place in Mussafah - here's what actually happened

I'll be honest, I was skeptical when I booked my 2017 Wrangler into a place advertising itself as  Premium Jeep Care Abu Dhabi  because I figured it was just fancy marketing and higher prices for the same work. But my usual garage was fully booked for two weeks and I couldn't wait because my AC was blowing warm air in this heat. From the moment I walked in, it felt different honestly. They didn't just rush me through a counter, someone actually came out with a tablet, scanned my VIN, and pulled up the full service history from their system. They found that my AC condenser had a small leak from a rock strike and also noticed during their inspection that my serpentine belt was cracking way more than I realized. The belt replacement added maybe 20 minutes and cost me very little extra since they were already in there. What really surprised me was the video they sent me while I was waiting showing the worn belt and the wet spot on the condenser. I've never had a shop do that before. Ended up paying a bit more than my old place but not as much as I expected, and the AC is ice cold now. I still don't know if I'd go there for every oil change, but for actual diagnostic work I'm converted. Figured I'd share in case anyone else is on the fence about paying a little extra for the premium experience.
