I can't get a serial to save my life for days now. The activation portal shows the wrong request code and serial. What am I supposed to do with that. I run Max as admin and place my old serial and activates. But every time I open again it asks to activate. I am so frustrated after 3 days of this.

I confirm your serial for 1.6.5 build :
9863-3380-7726
can we arrange a skype metting to try to solve your issue ?
you can also try to edit the solidrocks.lic file located into your maxroot\solidrocks\
and type directly the serial inside.

I'm in California time. You're 9 hours ahead. Let me know when you can. I uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. The lic file in the solidrocks root is what you have. It still doesn't let me run solidrocks though.
