Hi,
I have a problem. SR doesn't start. I have activated the product ( request code: SR165-FYYB-UY-4087-8787-9390, serial: 9766-5627-9895). I click activate it seams SR is starting but in a few seconds it closes and I can't see the SR toolbar as I have used it succesfully before. Could you please help me?
What could be the problem?

Serial sounds good.
Are you sure you've run your 3dsmax with admin rights ?
