I can't get my serial number, when trying to log into the website: activation.subburb.com/, I get this error, see attached screenshot.

Thank you for the serial, and yes I'm using the acount which I used for the buying of SR.
I also wrote an email, where I noticed that the confirmed purcase order has order no.: 4068, but on my account my order.no: is 4067, maybe thats the issue?
