max2016 vray3.2 solid rocks1.8.4 Install Error

Upon install it continues to say that it is "...starting". It looks like it registers ok as the lite version option is no longer there.

It seems to have a hard time connecting up with Max. --Incompatible types: 15.2381, and undefined.

Please let me know what I am doing wrong?

now i have to activate it.
When i log in after install it prompts me to enter request code.

Where do i get it.
