I have logged into the new online activation site, but there are no codes listed- my request code is: SRC4D04B-PC-3792-5151-7083

even when using the "update licence" button ?

Thanks for getting back to me, and for the serial...

When I log into the activation screen, there is no option to do anyhting - I've tried opening it on Chrome and Firefox, but get the same screen - see the attached image...

Any suggestions on how to get this working?
