Cannot see my Free upgrade to SolidRocks version 2

Hi. I can see that users that has purchased licenses after December 2015 should have a free upgrade to version 2.0. When I log in I can see the free upgrade for my single user licenses but not for my 10 user license. Is there anything I should do go get version 2.0?

The latest version buttons are not active. Just text.
I do not know where the Single License for version 2.0 in the bottom of the screen came from.
As far as I know we have only 1 10 user license.
Can you see if we at some point has purchased an extra license. It is not in my history.

Hi again it has now been quite some time since I wrote to you. My links for version 2 are still not active. I'm now going to purchase more licenses and need to get our old versions up to 2.0 so we all will run the same version. Can you please help me getting access to version 2 on the licenses?
