Hi, I have tried via the support portal but had no reply, can you reset the authorisations for these two codes please as we are re-installing the Workstations.

Hi, can you do a full reset on them please as the serials are for a workstation that will no longer be used. If you look at my account you will see that I had made a 3rd purchase as we needed to get SolidRocks up and running asap.
