sr .99 works well with 3dsmax 2012 vray 2 sp2 win7 64bit - thumbs up Jerome!

Minor bugs have been found by other users :
- SR won't start if Vray is not the current renderer
- "create" button disappear after reduce the UI
- it seems that mail activation don't want to create the email.
will be corrected soon (< 1 week).
