Hello ! quite simple :
Into SR, just choose method named : No GI (for VrayAmbientLight + dome)
Now SR is in No GI mode. Anim:Fly is greyed as it's useless in this mode.
That's GREAT for exterior shoots with IBL (dome light) + VrayAmbientLight.
I've added this option for my students as it greatly simplifies the exterior animation process.
Just composite an Ambient Occlusion on top of it and you get a flicker free animation, pretty nice and fast rendered.
For ambient occlusion i suggest rendermask free script if you missed the AO pass while rendering
Hope it helps !

Here are some of the shorts made by the ECV students at end of cursus.
Almost all exter shots were rendered with this "no gi" technique. Even some interiors
for complex GI scenes, they used flywiz(IM/LC) for static geometry and matte/Shadow to composite animated parts (BF/LC)
I'm proud of them, and i enjoy teach them lighting and rendering techniques. They make me stronger and stronger every year, as they face so many complex and different situations to solve.
All rendered with Vray, of course
