yes SR adjusts automatically the CPU number for all stuff.
default settings are good, but you can set OFF the "interpolate vraymats glossies if glossy is <= *preset value* if you don't like results or if you're making an animation.
interpolate vraylights can be set to off, too.
by default it interpolates only Vray PLANE lights, typically those you've putted on the openings to help interior lighting. if there are some irrmap splotches, just uncheck it.
All lights will be sampled, result is better but longuer.
i suggest the special DE mode, wich is, in my opinion, the best one in terms of suality/rendertimes.

ok, perfect. Sorry, but i can use my license only with one version of 3ds or more? I have allready activate it in 2009 64bit, now I can use the same serial for 32bit version and in 2010 version?

oh yes you can.
the serial is computer based, and not max based.
So you'll get the same request/serial for any max version on the same PC.
you can get a second activation for same user on a second computer, for example your laptop.
Just like 3dsmax licence (2 activations for one signel licence - same user)
