Hi !
You should use the interior preset to be sure
the best method for this is universal settings (if you've some time of course)
If you're hurry you can try IM+Lc+DE for clean results, too.
If you're using Vray plane lights as master lights check that the option "Interp Vray lights in Irradmap" is OFF.
This option is here mainly if Vray plane lights are secondary (for example if used as skylight portal into window openings).
In your case it should be off.
Hope it helps !

Thank you for your prompt response.
here is what setup i usually have in my scene :
A curved background plane or a simple plane
my product on the plane
2 vray lights on left and right wiht different intensities
And I use hdri for reflection
what can be my setup for fast preview, medium preview and ultra what shy should i exactly use : ir+lc, lc+lc or what ?
also do i need to use vray physical camera ?? remember i want this only for product renderings setup only.
because sometimes i get image wiht very less contrast so vray cam might be useful
please advice.

you're welcome
SolidRocks preview and Fastdraft quality are all the time Lc+Lc, whatever you method.
So just choose one method and stay on it. (universal or IM+LC+DE for example)
Then just adjust the quality slider depending of the needed quality.
(you can also use 1/4 or 1/2 buttons to get fast study renders)
About Camera :
Just like Vray, SolidRocks Works far better with Vray cams !
If you use Vraycam, you'll get the benefit of AutoExpo and auto white balance tools
for product viz i suggest to use gamma correction (something between 1.5 and 2.2)
Hope it helps !
