It is possible to have rendering method as IM/LC + DE but also add to it AO at the same time?

Actually not.. but this is an interesting remark... i'll try to find a way for that point.
Perhaps by adding DE and AO buttons separated from method list.

Not at this stage.
I've in mind to extract the DE and AO options for the methods lists and add them "as buttons" in SR interface.
In waiting, you can create a AO renderelement using a Vrayextratex containing a VrayDirtmap (size around 40cm). then composite in post.
