Cant get SR installed - PLEASE HELP! was created by ripplecg

I just purchased two licences and installed one of the exe. files. I followed the directions on the tutorial but the "subburb tools" does not show up under my toolbars menu. please advise...

hello, did you choosed the max root folder when running Sr setup ?

yes i've followed all directions: i'm placing it in the x86 programfiles/autodesk/3dsmax2010 folder.

there's a video on this website showing how to setup.
we can also have a skype call with screen share to help you setup the product.
