I'm trying to run an animation using the settings in the attached image error01.jpg. When backburner pops up I go to Advanced and limit the render to use only 1 server for the first two processes (LC map and IR map). For the second process I also make the job dependent on the first job so it doesn't start until after the LC is finished. For the 3rd process (the rendered frames) I make it dependent on the 2nd process (IR map) in backburner and switch the option to limit the number of servers off so it will use all of my computers.
It seems to get through the LC just fine but when it tries to run the IR map job I get the following error (attached image error01.jpg) [V-Ray] Error Loading light map from file ""...
It seems to be acting like it's trying to pull up the LC file but instead of searching for the file it just created it's searching for a file with no name. At least that's how I'm reading that error message.
When I open my output folder I see an LC map and an IR map with the names I provided. I should also mention that I was previously getting this on Max 2011 and after recently switching to 2012 I'm getting the same issue.
So a couple questions...
Any idea why I'm getting this error?
Is my process of limiting servers and making jobs dependent in backburner the way to go? I've adopted this from my previous animation workflow but I don't see any Solidrocks documentation that mentions that this should be done.
