dialog box doesn't appear

dialog box doesn't appear was created by dulldr
I have dl lite version and installed it to the root folder . I can managed to get the icon at my tool bar . But when I press the icon nothing will appear? nothing happen. Why ? ( setting box)

I am using 3ds max 9 and vray Adv 1.5 RC3

As mentionned in Product specs, you need at least the SP1 for max9.
