will i be able to render on DBR or Backburner if I have a single license of Solidrocks? I will right its just setting up the settings for the render correct?

Hello, backburner is managed via solidrocks
For other DR tools, the best way is to "apply" Solidrocks settings and optimisations to the scene (via init/save panel), then do what you want.
And, to answer clearly your question : With 1 SR licence you can use as many slaves you need.
It's NOT necessary to setup SR on all stations, only the main one.
