Hello,
this is because of the gamma management of SolidRocks.
You can got into the "output" panel in solidrocks and check off the "gamma" button.
Now Sr don't touch the gamma anymore.

WELL, ALWAYS I OPEN SOLIDROCKS AND THEN WHEN I CLOSE IT, THE SAME THINGS WILL HAPPEN, SO IS IT ALL RIGHT? Can I RESET ALL FEATURES?

hmmm...
When you launch SR in new scene, it apply gamma, because it's its default.
so you ay change the SR defaults.
Here's how to proceed :
Reset max
start SR
Change what you want (quality, gamma off, etc....)
Go into init/save panel
click on >>save actual settings as solidrocks default<<
next time you'll launch SR it'll start with no gamma changes.
