Lite version (official) is not asking for any serial...

what do u mean by regular coustomer???.....i just downloaded it from this site itself....i don't know .....for the first couple of day ,it worked well....but that it is asking for serial key ....can you help me out here..pls....i have several vishualization works in pending...this plugin is good and it saved ma lots of time.....so please help me...
