Should I be using moving objects animation wiz?

I am GI flicker challenged... Should I use this on Backburner ?


Any advise on how to use it I see a fly through tutorial but not the MOAz


I am confused if should click the big 1+2 button or the exact procedure to use.
For 1200 frame animation should camera path be checked also?
and how about frame blending maybe 2 for a light room type setup?

Also when running this script for Back Burner, will it attempt render light cache or irradiance map with multiple machines? This is bad correct? only one machine should render those things right. After it can render final frames with all available servers correct? Sorry I need allot of advise on this, I read the walkthrough by mintviz, and chaos and the walkthrough here as ell.
