I tried your scene, and i confirm : it's Z fighting.
You have several objets in doublon exactly at same place.
remove them, and render will be ok

darn.. i checked if it was that when eyepiz mentioned it and i couldn't find them, still can't..
Can you tell me were did you saw them please?
