Hey Jerome, could you take a look at those settings? I just copied the settings, so there is something to me non-obvious about the 6x render increase.

No no I can't have autoglossy subdiv, the subdivs of the materials have been fine-tuned by hand.

I am a little bit sad this leads to no answers. I counted on the MoaWiz, but because no solution was provided to the 6x render increase, had to cut SR out of the loop for this job. Anyway, I can't count on SR in production environment to perform...
