Hello,

do anyone know what does Unbiased means ? does it affect the render quality if i am using Bruteforce/bruteforce for an animation with moving camera and objects and highly detailed scene? because i am looking for a high-end output.

Thanks

Hello,
Unbiased means that there's NO bias introduced into the computations to gain time.(stuff like lightcach or irradiance map).
In bruteforce/Bruteforce, every pixel of the final image is sampled like the others : with all the necessary computations.
This is the best and the more robust mode, but, of course, the longer to compute as well.

It's hard to deal with it for animation because it tends to very long rendertimes.

A good compromise is BruteForce/LightCache.
The first light bounce and direct light are bruteforce, only the secondary GI is estimated by the lightcache.
It's very robust as well, and faster to render.
