ok !
Let's do the following :
- verify that your sun have 1.0 intensity.
- affect these settings to your Vrayphysical Camera :
- f number = 8
- shutter = 200
- iso = 100
and try again with Autoexpo

cool...looks like autoexpo did the magical thing one more time
