thanks ! your params looks fine, BUT !!!
You need to close SR before doing this !!
see into the init/save panel, then choose "apply SR to vray on exit", then close (make a copy of your scene before that
)
Then you can do your anim prepasses.

Is it a good idea to use the IM&LC prepass files when rendering final image with much higher resolution?
Is there the way to make IM&LC prepass each N frame?
How to exclude the object from GI?
