serial number

Hi I couldn't install it at work because was nobody of the IT on Friday. I'm having a scene of a rail station which is very heavy and mostly made of x-refs and something going wrong whit the network and the farm. I tried the light version it works now I installed it on my PC to can send you the request code (SR009_212123510)and later this evening will go and try agene.

Hi subburb,
I'm using solid works two months now and it is working very well save me a lots of time but I think is time to get a little bit more into it I have watched all the tutorials available on the net but I wonder is there a any other. Soon probably will come up a new version and I don't know even that one.

Can you provide more tutorials

Hi,

I instal V-ray 2.3 and Solidworks stop working
I reinstall it then the serial number was not working
Then I sent the new request code
I received a new serial number but still can get it work 
I’m having error massages
(no pow function for undefined )
(Unknown property: twoLevel_useQMCSamplerThresh in V_Ray_Adv_2_30_01: V_Ray_Adv_2_30_01 )
( error pasing Xaml file:Root element is missing )

Can you let me know what to do
I’m in a very difficult situation having presentation on Monday
